Job Overview

Swoon is seeking an experienced SAP Data Architect to lead the data conversion initiatives for one of our largest clients in the utility industry.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee the entire SAP S4HANA migration project, from detailed design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Conversion and Migration: Lead the data conversion initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely migration of data from legacy systems to the SAP S4HANA platform.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Oversee data quality and cleanup processes, identifying and addressing data defects across master and transactional data objects, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Design and implement data security roles and standards, and ensure compliance to SOX and IT controls.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Design and implement a data governance framework that aligns with the organization's data strategy and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10 years' experience in enterprise architecture and 8 years' delivery experience in SAP Data Engineering and Architecture.
  • Skills: Proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, S4HANA-Embedded Analytics, BW4HANA, CDS Views, and HANA Modeling, Master Data Governance, Business Technology Platform, SAP Business Objects, Information Lifecycle Management, and Content Management Solutions.
  • Certifications: ITIL and Data Warehousing-related certifications are preferred.
