Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
- Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
- Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from a school of nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.
