About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Porter to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are cleaned and prepared for delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the WOW plan consistently to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office and production areas, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
  • Ensure the parking lots and grounds are kept neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs and perform exterior and interior cleanup after repairs are complete.
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Automotive experience a plus.
  • Clear close vision required.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
