We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing team at Advance Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist in creating / updating Manufacturing operations records.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage electronic and paper documents, including production schedules, inventory reports, and standard operating procedures.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management by tracking office supplies, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all departments are aware of deadlines and timelines.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings related to manufacturing operations.
  • Administrative Project Support: Provide support on administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
