Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Clark Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on site operations and supervision.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and other construction management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification and other relevant safety certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
