**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Host/Hostess. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of menu items, adhering to company recipes and specifications, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Timeliness:** Arrive on time and be prepared to work at scheduled hours, dressed in proper uniform.
* **Pace:** Maintain a brisk and steady pace, organized and efficient in your work.
* **Recipe Adherence:** Demonstrate 100% knowledge of recipes when prepping or assisting with production steps.
* **Portioning:** Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards to ensure accurate portion control.
* **Cleanliness:** Maintain the kitchen and equipment to a high standard, practicing clean-as-you-go.
* **Productivity:** Meet productivity expectations, balancing quality and quantity of work.
* **Organization:** Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a safe working environment.
* **Teamwork:** Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
* **Safety:** Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safe food handling practices.
* **Receiving, Rotating, and Stocking:** Ensure timely receipt, rotation, and stocking of food supplies.
