About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing evaluations and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our patients. You will work closely with our team of dynamic therapists to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination of care. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our patients regain functional capabilities and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans that address the specific needs of our patients
  • Regularly re-assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
