Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to join our team at Dunwoody Place Personal Care Home. As a Caregiver/Care Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage residents in activities and promote social interaction

Requirements:

  • Applicable certifications as required by state
  • A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
