Claims Service Representative Workers Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Medical Only Representative to join our team at GB Global. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative, claim, and customer support to our clients and claimants.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity.
- Provide fair, equitable, and timely claim disposition.
- Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve complex claims issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Appropriate licenses and certifications in all states where claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.
