Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Emergency Department at Boston Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will have expertise in trauma care and be able to work collaboratively with emergency medicine physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and have a strong background in clinical nursing, with experience working in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement.
