Job Overview

As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation and sales floor organization
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of business goals
Requirements
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
