Asset Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an Asset Supervisor to join our team at Victory Oil Management LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring seamless management and maximum value creation.

Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to maintain the quality and appearance of assigned properties.
• Implement proactive strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships.
• Select and manage contractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Oversee the administration of tenant leases, ensuring adherence to lease provisions and participating in rent collection and space leasing activities.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and budgets, focusing on revenue growth, expense management, and cash flow optimization.
• Maintain accurate records, including Lease Summaries and regular financial reports.
• Provide top-notch customer service, supporting tenants through every stage of their property experience.
