Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in Brewster, Washington.
Job Summary:
- Provides high-quality patient care in the emergency department, prioritizing physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Triage patients efficiently, determining the priority of care based on established guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective nursing care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Focused assessment of chief complaints, adhering to triage guidelines.
- Administer medications, ensuring adherence to Five Medication Rights.
- Assist with activities of daily living, wound management, line/tube/drain management, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, concise records and communicate pertinent assessment findings to Providers.
- Carry out provider orders, responding promptly to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Current RN licensure and certification in critical care nursing.
- Experience working in an emergency department setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We provide a competitive pay package, including a tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
