Job Summary

The Master Electrician is a critical role at Deployed Resources, responsible for setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure in mobile and fixed facilities. This includes installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical wiring, as well as leading a team to safely and correctly install generators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Installation and Maintenance: Install, service, and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and fixtures, as well as electrical equipment and machinery.
  • Generator Installation and Repair: Lead a team to install generators, ensuring safe and efficient wiring.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions, and work with the engineering team to plan, create, modify, and improve wiring diagrams/schematics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team on generator installation projects, providing guidance and instruction to ensure successful completion.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (or GED equivalent) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience as an electrician, including experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems, installing, servicing, and maintaining generators, and working with power tools and hand tools.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Master Electrician license is required, and OSHA 10 or 30 certification is desired.
Work Environment

This role operates in workshop, facility, and field environments, and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions. The position requires up to 30% travel, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
