Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Assume shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners.
  • Clinical Expertise: Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate plans of care utilizing the nursing process, clinical skills, and patient education.

Requirements
