Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to all visitors and staff.

Assist guests with general inquiries, collecting feedback on their experiences, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.

Uphold and enforce company policies while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Assess guest concerns and take necessary actions to enhance their experience.

Foster positive interactions with all guests and fellow team members.

Utilize a computerized system to monitor guest recovery methods and orders.

Maintain documentation related to guest service recovery and cash management.

Ensure accountability in all guest interactions.

Address guest issues in a calm and professional manner.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of all park information, policies, and procedures.

Work diligently to resolve all guest feedback or concerns presented.

Consistently enforce all company policies and standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned by park leadership.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to Admissions Leads.

Minimum Requirements:

Availability to work various shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in computer applications, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.

Capable of collaborating within a team environment to achieve common objectives.

Willingness to accept guidance from managers and supervisors.

Basic understanding of reading, writing, and mathematics.

Commitment to adhering to company uniform and grooming standards.
