**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer III to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for addressing and resolving guest repair requests while performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections of equipment and tools.
  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification and compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year
