Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and staff to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Train and mentor mid-to-junior level staff on design, presentation, and project management best practices.
- Coordinate with regional and state project managers to work on multiple projects and manage client relationships.
- Develop and maintain process standards for transportation projects, ensuring consistency and quality across the region.
- Provide guidance and support to highway staff on design criteria, process, and project management.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
