POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Golf Retail Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team. This role will report to the Director of Golf and will play a crucial role in our golf operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Golf Retail Operations Manager, you will be tasked with:

  • Collaborating with golf staff to improve the overall retail experience.
  • Overseeing purchasing processes and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Maintaining accurate product documentation and inventory records.
  • Establishing pricing strategies that reflect competitive market conditions.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for promotions.
  • Training staff on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
