Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Enterprise Mobility Inc. in Lihue, HI. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance services to ensure our fleet is safe and reliable.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks, brake checks, and fluid level checks.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle repair history by documenting repair orders and tracking parts used.
  • Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
  • May process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs while performing preventative maintenance duties.
  • Must be available to work a flexible full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
