Key Responsibilities

  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front end department, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

  • Store Initiatives: Participate in store-wide initiatives, such as sales promotions, inventory management, and customer loyalty programs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a front end or customer service role.
