Job Title: Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Right at Home Southern New Hampshire. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and companionship. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 10-50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
