Nurse Specialist

Our Intermediate Care unit is a dedicated stroke unit that provides critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess a valid Oklahoma nursing license and be able to demonstrate expertise in patient assessment, evidence-based practice, and critical thinking. They will also be required to complete various certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

• Systematically assess and reassess patient health needs
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
• Implement and coordinate evidence-based nursing care to achieve patient goals and needs
• Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• BLS training or retraining required during orientation
• ACLS training within 6 months of hire

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience. Shift differentials are available for evenings, overnights, and weekends.
