Meat Cutter Job Description

At Winn-Dixie, we're seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Preparing and Packaging Food Products: Prepare and package food products to customer specifications.
  • Processing Meats: Process fresh meats, smoked meats, seafood, and other products to production standards.
  • Wrapping and Pricing Product: Properly wrap, weigh, and price product for customers.
  • Cutting and Grinding Meat: Cube, slice, and grind meat to meet customer needs.
