We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

**Responsibilities**

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being

• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to our high standards of quality care

• Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with clients and their families to meet their unique needs

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Able to pass SC SLED Check
