Join Our Team as an Automotive Technician
Roberson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking dedicated and career-oriented individuals for a premier technician role. Our service department is expanding, and we are looking for skilled technicians to enhance our high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance and repair tasks as specified in work orders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Identify and rectify malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional automotive services.
- Communicate mechanical issues and necessary repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in an easily understandable manner.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of the latest automotive technologies and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician is essential.
- Experience with diesel engines is advantageous.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and AC systems.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift at least 30 lbs, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in tight spaces as required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
