  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and manufacturers while leading structural design initiatives within a diverse team.
  • Create and implement innovative, cost-effective pre-packed display solutions that effectively communicate product attributes to consumers, driving trial, sales, and brand recognition.
  • Oversee formal testing processes to validate compatibility of product, packaging materials, and assembly with retail distribution requirements.
  • Continuously enhance existing point-of-purchase displays through material and labor optimization and structural advancements.
  • Support the Merchandising Specialists in all phases of display development, from ideation to successful production and deployment.
  • Engage in project development, specification generation, vendor coordination, and travel to manufacturing partners for project initiation.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Brand, Sales, Project Management, and external design partners.
  • This role demands hands-on involvement, strong multitasking abilities, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: 2-3 years of experience in structural corrugated packaging.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in: MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel, with a good understanding of web-based tools.
