Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Ice Skating Host/Rink Ambassador. This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe environment for all ice skaters, and monitoring public skating sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fitting Skates and Providing Excellent Customer Service
    • Fit ice skates on patrons with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all ice skaters.
  • Ensuring a Safe Environment
    • Monitor public skating sessions to ensure a safe environment for all ice skaters.
    • Control the flow of skaters and monitor on-ice behavior to prevent accidents.
  • Facility Maintenance and Emergency Response
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as trash removal and restocking supplies.
    • Assist in emergency situations, such as evacuations, medical emergencies, and suspicious behavior.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be a proficient ice skater.
  • Experience assisting the public is preferred.
