Job Description

18 Coffees is seeking a highly skilled Associate to support our management consulting engagements with top clients. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will work closely with partners and consultants to deliver business strategy, marketing, organizational development, and change management solutions.

This is a full-time position with a flexible hybrid model of work from home and 1x/week in-person collaboration days in our Chicago office. Salary is dependent upon experience, with a competitive $60,000/year package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about 18 Coffees' consulting work and familiarize yourself with our strategic approach
  • Dive into 2-3 client projects to understand current progress, priorities, and client scope of work
  • Interact with clients and consultant teams to plan and develop project work, gaining insight into various companies and sectors
  • Review and edit client communication documents, including weekly agendas and meeting recaps
  • Coordinate meeting follow-ups and keep project milestones on track
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support client projects
  • Communicate and collaborate seamlessly with the 18 Coffees team in a remote atmosphere
Long-term Objectives
  • Support project management of key deliverables on client work streams
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic recommendations for client solutions
  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables and support team client training facilitations and workshops
  • Contribute to client strategies around business transformation in virtual meetings and email
  • Establish day-to-day correspondence with direct client contacts
  • Make decisions to ensure project progression against timelines
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a client-facing project manager or account manager
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Passionate learner with a bias-to-action and ability to wear many different hats
  • Familiarity with Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack, and other related project management tools
  • Comfort in juggling different initiatives and managing deadlines
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving
