BeHive Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BeHive Specialist to join our team at BeMobile. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in driving traffic, customer outreach, and customer service for our retail stores.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking and making phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to create sales opportunities, provide guidance and support for retail operations, and complete all assigned trainings via Litmos.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
