To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional exposure to hazardous materials.
