Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demolition Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate demolition activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise a team of demolition workers to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demolition projects for commercial construction.
  • Local to the Greater Philly area.
  • Strong understanding of various demolition methods and techniques.
