Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Must be licensed in the state of TX or be eligible to be licensed.
This is a per diem opportunity, meaning you will work on an as-needed basis to support the needs of our patients and team. As a per diem employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that fit your needs.
