Job Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy team to success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being through adherence to regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues
  • Motivate and inspire the Pharmacy Support Staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
  • Successfully implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
