Art Director

We are seeking an experienced service industry manager with a background in visual arts to lead our Woodbury/Syosset school.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive school success, including new student acquisition, member service, community engagement, and team coaching and development.
• Build, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals to achieve high standards of customer care.
• Network, collaborate, and build relationships with clients, partners, and staff to drive business growth.
• Manage and develop the school's community space, including gallery exhibition curation and facility management.
• Take ownership of all business management tasks, setting business goals and tracking revenue.

• 5+ years of experience in a small team leadership/management role with proven skills in hiring, training, and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to network, collaborate, and build relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
• Knowledge of Nassau County and its art community is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing a high-touch, high-quality customer experience.
