Beverage Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beverage Steward to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Beverage Steward, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits with our customers.

• Assist customers in selecting beverages and providing recommendations based on their preferences
• Participate in tasting and sampling events to educate customers about our products
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage portfolio
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
