Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse - PRN - Acute, you will provide leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Execute procedures or functions as directed by the medical provider.
- Accurately document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment utilized in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.

Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience.

Required Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with the expectation of obtaining a BSN within five years of hire.

Required License/Certifications:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the appropriate state board. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply; please confirm with the relevant board.
- Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
