Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-caliber maintenance team, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Create and execute thorough preventative maintenance plans, focusing on essential equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment warranties.
  • Manage unscheduled and emergency maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and OSHA regulations regarding facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee the departmental budget, ensuring effective resource management.
  • Encourage professional growth and training for maintenance personnel.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain a safe and injury-free workplace.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in metal fabrication equipment and facility maintenance.
  • A degree in a technical or mechanical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • Physical capability to work on equipment, including climbing, crawling, and lifting over 70 pounds.
  • Strong skills in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
