Key Responsibilities- Evaluate employees on a consistent basis, following written standards and protocols.
- Assist with pre-employment screenings and maintain confidential employee files.
- Implement OSHA standards for Blood-borne Pathogens, FRC, and manage employee injuries.
- Responsible for all aspects of the Employee Health and Safety Program.
- Masters degree from an approved advanced nurse practitioner program.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an ARNP, preferably in Occupational Health.
- Current licensure in the state of Florida as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- 3-5 years prior Occupational Health experience required.
