As a Dialysis Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients, including administering and monitoring dialysis treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
- Current appropriate State licensure
- One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
