Imaging Informatics Administrator

St. Luke's Health System is seeking an experienced Imaging Informatics Administrator to join our IHT Imaging team in Boise, ID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and support Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) and complementary imaging systems.
  • Integrate DICOM devices, evaluate, implement, and ensure the quality of diagnostic imaging AI applications.
  • Support a large health system enterprise imaging infrastructure, including VNA, universal viewer, diagnostic viewer, and 3D post-processing applications.
  • Provide oversight and direction for software installation, configuration, and upgrades of PACS and related imaging systems.
  • Develop and conduct training for imaging informatics team members, subspecialists, super users, and providers.
  • Communicate and manage PACS downtime plans to minimize disruption.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Develop, validate, document, and educate on imaging processes and business continuity processes.
  • Act as a key informatics resource on imaging-related capital projects, ensuring integration with DICOM devices and other imaging modalities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical, workflow, and integration issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in PACS administration or imaging informatics.
  • CIIP preferred but not required.
