Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team at the Dublin Springhill Suites. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders, prepare, and serve beverages and light meals to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain stock and supplies, as well as the cleanliness of the outlet and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications for food and beverage safety and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant/Food and Beverage field.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
  • Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS) a plus.
