The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Main Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the bid review and proposal process for commercial fence installations, ensuring quality and outstanding customer service. This includes engaging with and facilitating bids with a team of Estimators, Field Superintendents, and Independent Contractor fence installers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage top 25 account strategy by maintaining contact with key decision makers and participate in face-to-face construction-related networking events to develop relationships with top 25 accounts.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 5+ years of sales management experience in the construction industry
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue maximization
