About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pump Mechanic to join our team at Flint Hills Resources. As a key member of our reliability team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our refinery equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Utilize computer-based tools and mobile applications to access information about plant equipment and job tasks
Requirements
  • Professional experience as a mechanic, millwright, or other mechanical maintenance roles
  • Experience maintaining a variety of mechanical assets with tight tolerances and exact specifications
  • Strong commitment to working safely with the right tools, PPE, and environmental awareness
