Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team at NovaTech Industries. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment, including pumps, motors, and conveyor systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement repairs
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of production lines
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
