**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Country Meadows. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Responsibilities:**

• Engage with residents by getting to know their preferences, special accommodations, personal interests, and friendly exchanges.
• Prepare the dining room for meals, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Keep all dining areas clean and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Assist residents with menu selector sheets and provide personalized service.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and silverware according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and perform floor maintenance in the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas.

**Requirements:**

• Dining room/kitchen-related experience preferred.
• A positive customer service attitude, demonstrating respect, friendliness, and a willingness to serve others.
• Ability to work and collaborate well with others.
• Multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level that allows for safe and efficient job performance.
