Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Anne Arundel & Howard County, Maryland. As a home health physical therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories to assess and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client health and safety.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications:
  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
