Settlement Processor Role

As a key member of the StraussGroup team, the Settlement Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless settlement and closing functions. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively liaise with homebuilder divisions, developers, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate timely settlements and closing processes.
  • Review and prepare settlement documents to ensure compliance with state recording requirements and department procedures.
  • Secure lien waivers from development contractors and ensure clear title by resolving title issues.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
