Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Project Lead to join our team at Olsson. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects. You will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including engineering, design, and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel for in-office activities, client and site visits as needed.
