Individualized Patient Care

Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour

We currently have openings for HHAs and CNAs in various regions.

Qualifications for HHA/CNA:

  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Current Home Health Aide license in good standing.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily living activities.
  • Light housekeeping duties.
  • Personal hygiene assistance, including bathing and grooming.
  • Support with toileting and nail care.
  • Facilitating range of motion exercises.
  • Safe transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
  • Providing oral feeding assistance.
  • Monitoring vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Managing home tasks like laundry and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with mobility and ambulation.
  • Providing medication assistance.
